NHS GP Health Service – Clinicians Required

The Hurley Group/NHS Practitioner Health Programme is delighted to have been awarded the contract to establish a new national England-wide NHS General Practitioner Health (GP Health) service.

PHP is a confidential service providing mental health and addiction services to doctors within the London area and this new contract extends this service to GPs across England. For details about PHP please see

We intend to establish the new GP Health service and begin to see GPs outside London from early 2017 and we will be needing to expand our team.

We are seeking to recruit a network of clinicians (nurse specialist prescribers and doctors – GP/Psychiatrists) to deliver aspects of care from first contact assessment, case management, prescribing and clinical leadership.  For the clinical roles experience in treating mental health conditions/addiction is essential. Successful applicants will be invited to attend one of the planned training events. The training events will be on 16th February in Manchester and on 2nd March in London.
